Adapt project 2 to include:

1. Horizontal navigation bars
1. Red and larger font on mouse hover
2. Text disappears on visited
2. Image as a link
3. Email address invoking a link to an email program
4. A reset style sheet for all site pages
5. A page style sheet to
1. Set max and min height and width
2. Set foreground and background color for select text using rgb or hex definition
3. Drop caps for select text
4. Grid layout
5. Absolute and relative positioning
6. Establish margins and padding for select block quotes
7. Open and close quotes for all block quotes
